Contemporary and a decent size room, the bathroom was luxury. Had magnificent location by the passing trains, next to Porthminster Beach. And we where very close to beach and St Ives centre, a restaurant, and footpath.

Perfect and absolutely gorgeous hotel, I had a fantastic stay. The staff were lovely, as for 3-stars venue. The double room I stayed in was big and huge with balcony. The café was perfect for breakfast. The location turned out to be great, next to a vibrant beach over the boardwalk, a couple's getaway, and the windy hill. I spent 1 night and will choose the place for future trips.
